My pregnancy yoga classes are warm and welcome and work on building physical and mental strength during pregnancy as well as offering you an environment in which to find space and to breathe.
It is important to take time during your pregnancy to focus inwards towards your little one, to calm your mind and to build a strong mind and body.
My classes focus on building strength in your mind and body. We will focus on postures that support optimal fetal position, and postures that aim to help soothe your body and mind. The classes are also a great place to meet other mums in the local area. Classes include a combination of gentle stretching and mindful meditation.
Classes are 1 hour in length. Each class will start with some positive affirmations, pregnancy chat and breathing techniques, we will then move through a sequence of yoga postures and finish with a final relaxation.
Classes are held in person at Newlands South Church.
