Birth Chats
I offer a 2 hour 'Birth Chat' sessions. This is the perfect opportunity to have a good old chat about whatever you want in relation to pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. A great addition to your antenatal classes.

A chance for you to discuss your birth experience in a safe and supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to explore your birth and how it unfolded and how it made you feel.
