
My pregnancy yoga classes are warm, relaxed and welcoming. Together we work on building physical and mental strength during pregnancy as well as offering you an environment in which to find space and time to breathe.
It is important to take time during your pregnancy to focus inwards towards your little one, to calm your mind and to build a strong mind and body.
Each class begins with a welcome chat in which we will explore a different aspect of pregnancy and birth preparation. We then work through some breath work, a flowing yoga sequence and finish with a lovely relaxation to leave you feeling calm and relaxed.
Classes are suitable for all - whether you are an experience yogi or new to the practice. And they are a great place to meet other mums in the local area.
Please bring with you a yoga mat and blanket.
Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant.
