Pregnancy yoga is suitable for you during your second and third trimester and after you have had your 12 week scan.
Please bring your own mat. Make sure to bring a bottle of water with you, something warm to wear for relaxation, and a snack if you are likely to get hungry!
No! The classes are gentle and aimed at beginners so do not worry if you have never stepped on a yoga mat before.
Yes! Pregnancy yoga is a wonderful practice for pregnancy to keep your body moving, soothe any aches and pains, help you to bond with your baby, help you sleep and give you some time for you. We will spend time during the class practicing breath work for labour, thinking about positions that can be used during birth and giving you the time and space to chat about your pregnancy and plans for birth.
At the end of each class we share thoughts about a topic relating to birth, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and learn about labour in a safe and supportive environment.
Of course! My courses and classes are open to everyone. I do everything I can to make sure my classes are a safe space for all. My pronouns are she/her.
